Quick Video Tour: Web Ranking Agent - Ranking Reports

Web Ranking Agent provides its services for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Experts to find day to day websites’ rankings/positions against a set of keywords and complete competitor’s analysis & comparison reports. To use web ranking agent service please follow the steps:

Step 1: Sign Up

Please use the subscribe link to sign up for the service. You can sign up for one week trial or if you already well aware about our services then you can choose from the available packages depending upon your requirements for number of keywords. Please note that you can upgrade your account later if your requirements increase while using our services. Please use valid email address as on signup you will get an email containing your account information. You will also start getting daily updates about the rankings on the same email address.

Step 2: Create Campaign

Please logon to the website using email and password provided while signing up. Under Campaigns section please click on Add campaign to create a new campaign. Follow the steps:

After saving the campaign, you would be able to see that campaign and all other campaigns listed in View Campaign section. You can add unlimited number of ranking campaigns using the same method.

Step 3: Add Domain/Web Sites

Please see View Campaigns option under Campaign section and click on View Domains link. You will be able to see list of domains under that particular domain. Domains page also show the following information against each domain listed.

We can add and update domains for a campaign under Domain Section. Web Ranking Agent checks daily the index and back links status on Google, Yahoo & MSN. Please note that user can add up to maximum 10 domains in one campaign.

Step 4: Add/Update Keywords

Please see Keywords section where user can add/update keywords for the campaign. User can see the history of keywords entry and can also perform search for particular keywords in a campaign. To add new keywords please select Add Keywords option and select the appropriate campaign. Keywords can be comma (,) separated or one keyword should be entered per line.

Step 5: Add/Update Search Engines

Please see Search Engines section where user can select/deselect the search engines for a particular campaign. Please note that user can select up to maximum 10 search engines for one campaign.

Step 6: View Reports

Please note that after creating the campaign it can take from 3 hours up to 6 hours to check the rankings/positions for the given set of websites/domains against given keywords on selected search engines. Web Ranking Agent service provides the following diverse range of reports:

The above reports will be available once the positions/rankings will be checked for the given data. Web Ranking Agent Service checks the rankings/positions every day.

Step 7: Account Users

Under Accounts section, admin user can add users for this service and select the daily email alert option for them. The new users would also be able to manage the campaigns/account.
