Do I need to install any software on my computer?
No, you do not need to install any software on your computer. WebRankingAgent is an application service provider and we host all the software for you.


Are updates included?
Yes, updates are included in your yearly license. We will not charge you anything for updates.


How many domains can I track?
There is no limit on number of domains you can add in your account.


How many keywords per domain can I track?
The number of keywords you can add depends on which WebRankingAgent edition you have.


Which search engines does WebRankingAgent track?

Can I request to add a search engine?
Yes, you can request to add a search engine. Please go to our contact page and fill in the form.


How often does WebRankingAgent analyze the ranking of my keywords?
On all editions daily check is made for all the keywords in the account.


If I check my position, I see different results than those reported by WebRankingAgent.
Rankings in search engines can change from day to day. Search engines also use many servers, some of which may not be up to date. If you check a ranking you check it on different servers every time you try.


I would like other people to have access to the reports but not access to the settings. Is this possible?
Yes, this is possible. Please login, go to my domain and select access management. Here you can select who will have access to the administrator rights or who will be able only to view the reports.


How do I create e-mail reports?
Login, go to overview and select report builder. Here you can fill in a description, e-mail address and schedule the report to be sent.


Can I change a keyword?
Yes, you can change a keyword. Login and select edit settings for a specific domain. WebRankingAgent will stop reporting for the old keyword and will start to report for the new one.


Can I change a search engine?
Yes, you can change a search engine. Login and select edit settings for a specific domain. WebRankingAgent will stop reporting for the old search engine and will start to report for the new one.


Is payment by credit card secure?
Yes, payments by credit card are secure for the WebRankingAgent services. We use a Pay Pal who is the most popular, secure and specialized in online transactions.


Do I have to pay VAT?
Customers from outside Europe do not have to pay any VAT. Customers from Europe with no valid VAT number will be charged VAT, as will UK-based customers.


Can I get a refund if I decide not to continue with WebRankingAgent?
No, it is not possible to get a refund if you decide not to continue with WebRankingAgent.


How do I cancel my WebRankingAgent account?
Before your WebRankingAgent yearly license expires we will send you an e-mail to ask you if you want to renew your yearly license. If you do not renew and upgrade your account it will expire automatically. We will not renew your license without your permission.
